The terms of the general license are as follows:
Upon the purchase of music from Original Din, you agree to the terms of this license which grants you, the purchaser (an individual or single entity), the right to use purchased music in synchronization within your audiovisual productions. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license agreement between the purchaser and Original Din.
Usage in broadcast media (film, television, radio) requires a cue sheet to be filled out and submitted to any applicable performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, etc) at least one week before production airdate (or airdates). This ensures that composer, production and publishing information is reported correctly and credited to the proper composer. See cue sheet page for more information.
Productions using music from Original Din may be marketed and distributed worldwide. If your finished production is to be distributed in quantities of 5,000 or more units, please contact licensing@originaldin.com for a special licensing arrangement.
Music purchased from Original Din (full length cuts or excerpts) may not be re-sold as music alone, shared, or transfered in any other way. Purchased music may be looped, cut, or otherwise altered to fit your needs; however, no additional musical sounds or instruments (including vocals) may be added without first contacting licensing@originaldin.com for a special arrangement.
For your protection, it is recommended that you include the following notice in any production using music from this site:
